hmmm... somehow.. this site became very wierd.. i wonder why...
anyway.. tt's besides the pt. school is getting terrible, horrendous, disgusting and way too stressful. Am relaly dying from the pile of hw i've got to do! Help me someone!!!

@rtikulation... was ok i guess.. not as great as i thought it would be.. generally.. though i didn't hear very good comments from ppl.. let me just run thru a lil..
Rachmaninov.. they couldn't tell it was Rach plus it wasn't well co-ordinated.. positive stuff was prob there were phrasings? i dunno..
Faure Violin Sonata.. player had no stage ettiquete (this comment didn't come from me!) this was average i guess..
Dvorak Quartet... "they tried very hard to bring the elements of Dvorak out"... but of cos.. basic problems were there.. like intonation.. etc.. but if intonation was accurate.. the sound wld have been great.. cos the blending of the sounds were pretty good... (i'll put in my own stuff bout my playing further down..)
Rachel's solo... contemporary.. most ppl didn't know wat it was.. but it was pretty good i guess... =) well done Rachel!
Saint Saens Oboe sonata... think Yibin and Lynne did a great job wif this.. as i always say.. i love yibin's tone and sound on the oboe.. =)
Debussy 2 piano... ppl didn't know it was debussy.. the "colours" weren't portrayed.. debussy loves playing wif colours and i would think everyone knows tt!.. but it just wasn't portrayed.. some uneveness in playing... and of course.. not co-ordinated..
Mozart String Quintet G minor... they had capable players.. but didn't try as hard as the Dvorak quartet.. it was generally flat throughout.. as in.. like a plateau.. u get wat i mean.. but sound was good though...
Elgar Violin Sonata... think Shao-wen did a good job wif this.. even though ppl said he slammed a little too hard on the violin.. but it was generally good.. well done shao wen!
Britten 2 piano.... too much banging was everyone's comments.. otherwise.. britten IS britten.. wat more can ppl say??? =p
tt's it for @rtikulation.. i would think although i didn't say much positive stuff.. oops.. not I say.. it's ppl's honest comments.. it's still commendable effort from all of us!.. yup???
hope the ppl who played and sat in the audience enjoyed the concert!
------> now back to the quartet... intonation was bad they say.. and i can't agree more.. not tt i dun wanna pitch.. but i just dunno who to pitch to...??.. oh well.. hope things will turn out better for the future wif regards to our quartet!!!... still.. we wanna thank Ms Tay for her patience and tolerance of our nonsense... Thank You ms tay!!!.. the quartet wouldn't have survived without ur guidance! =)
well.. any more honest comments bout the concert that u think will make ppl enjoy it even more??.. pls e-mail me or contact me or sth... (haha.. i sound like some advertisement... =p)
ANYWAY... change of topic.. SCHOOL!!!.. it sucks BIG BIG BIG BIG time.. i absolutely hate school! someone save me from school!!! 40 more days to prelims!.. less than 30 school days.. i'm just gonna die die die die die.. SYF coming up on 15 july.. the schedule's just packed like nobody's business.. i have NO idea how i'm gonna get thru this period... argh!
life is depressing isn't it?? and i STILL have no idea wat i wanna do in the future! =I
