So on the real birthday, 4th July was at Settler's playing "Ugly Ugly Ugly" and "Jungle Speed". Jungle Speed was crazy because the patterns were so confusing! And "Ugly Ugly Ugly" was just stupendously fun cos we were just randomly screaming that and grabbing cards at the same time. Definitely fun to play in big groups!
It was awesome seeing the AC people again, makes me really miss AC! Even though I'm not really close to some of my "grand-juniors", they still came! And Jon Goh! Was quite crazy how we saw each other when Jon and I were going into the lift at the carpark in Raffles Hotel. Like how we saw each other in the mirror and was just so shocked for words. haha. And the awkward moment when I introduced Jon to Jon. But it was so good to see you again brother, after like 3 years! How we really miss the days where we had sectionals, getting scoldings from Chan, but still clinching the Gold despite the discouraging comments he left in our faces before SYF. Those were the days. The good old days. I sooo miss AC!

Left: Em (the organizer) and the happy birthday girl!
Right: the boyfriend and me with the yummilicious mango ice cream cake!
*I think I was looking at Pak Kei's camera. Too many cameras flashing then... PK, send me photos!
Thanks Em, Zhon, the 2 Jons, PK, Mel, Keith, Zhiguang, Wayne, Joshua, Kenneth and Joy for being a part of my 22nd birthday! Was really great seeing you guys again!

Blowing out the 2 big and 2 small candles...

Whee! AC Strings rock!

And since Keith popped by, we got a drink at Brekos! Wow, Keith, I'm really glad that you're doing real meaningful stuff now. :)
And today, on the 5th I had 3 appointments. Breakfast with Yibin, lunch with Paul and Dan, dinner with T.H.E Quartet. I loved talking to Yibin, especially when I felt like I've learnt something after talking to him, about how he's just so concerned about people, their walk with God, and his life as a living testimony for Christ in YST. It's amazing. Brother, let Jesus always shine through your life to others! I'm glad for this time where we had to share, to just talk about anything under the sun. Felt worth it to have missed the 106, to just spend the 20mins waiting for the next one talking to you. :) Thanks for breakfast!
Then I was off to meet Paul and Dan at Pepper Lunch, of which I was coerced to eat even though I was sooo super full. But Dan finished off half of my lunch, as promised. You're really a bottomless pit, I wonder where all the food went. Was great just catching up though we were arguing again about Soci and Psych, but nonetheless still good friends ya? And we're both happy that Paul now has a happy story! :) How we have all grown up! Now all 3 of us are attached. hee. yay!
Oh, and I had an adventure finding United Square after Dan dropped me off at Novena Square. I thought there would be signs or directions to show me to United Square but I couldn't find any. And so I ended up in this other shopping centre called "Square2". Why is everything something square or square something! So confusing. But thank God that with my blurness I still managed to find United Square. *phew* Dinner with quartet was good and of course I didn't eat very much because of the many many appointments today. Thank God for the storm that has just passed within the quartet. Now it's all bright and sunny!
